Wolfram Waschke (Past Speaker)

Wolfram is an experienced Supply Chain Leader with a background in healthcare industries. In his past roles he developed and implemented global Logistics and Order-to-Cash processes. This was coupled with an organizational development of new SC roles and regional structures.  Currently he is working on improvements of distribution structures and costs in the light of customer segmentation. Special challenges are to combine these requirements with the physical flow of materials and new initiatives arising from the area of digitalization.
