Sebastien has 20 years Operations Management experience in medical devices (Cardiac & Vascular), Aerospace industries (Landing and Braking Systems) and luxury goods and jewelry (watches). He worked in different company sizes, from start-ups to multibillion businesses.

His main activities have been in the leadership of Operations, Operational Strategy Development and implementation across geographies (EU, US, South America, Asia), as well as Enterprise transformation programs.

He’s currently working for Medtronic, a global leader in medical technology, services and solution, leading the Strategy Execution Office of Medtronic’s largest business group, the Cardiac Vascular Group, worth $11B with 35000 employees and 25 production sites.
