Pierre-Louis manages Supply Chain Planning for Integra for EMEA, Asia, Latin America and Australia with a primary focus on Demand management for those markets. A recurring focus in his roles has been implementing regional S&OP and S&OE processes to improve communication and alignments with local Sales and Marketing management. He’s been focusing on establishing rules to guide requirements for products flows from and to new and existing Distribution Centers, supporting the opening of a new Distribution Center in Japan for the local market. Pierre-Louis has more than 20 years of experience in Operations, managing Global Planning, Procurement Operations and Manufacturing Sites.
