Mirko Marcus works for Abbott’s CAHF division as Demand Planning & Field Inventory Manager. Over the past few years, Mirko has developed a deep understanding and hands-on knowledge of demand planning and inventory management in the life sciences sector. One of his key projects has been the implementation of a distributor demand review process for EMEA.
