Frank is heading the global Service Supply Chain for Siemens Healthineers. Within a global team he is setting the strategic directions in the service supply chain and is accountable for the operational excellence towards the customers.  He has a long-term track record on Supply Chain Strategy and Operations. As member of the Management Board of Customer Services Frank focuses on a seamless integration of service supply chains with the entire service processes at Siemens Healthineers. End2end process integration and visibility, the evolution of service supply chains into digital services as well as fostering an entrepreneurial and high performance culture within his organization are current focus topics.
