Dirk Lijnzaad (Past Speaker)

Throughout his career Dirk focussed on Operations and Supply Chain. First 20 years of professional life in fast moving consumer goods with Marc Incorporated, working and living in various parts of the world (Netherlands, USA, Russia, Poland). Last 12 years focussed on the Medical Device Industry, working in Renal Care (Gambro/Baxter), Orthopedics and Wound Care (Smith & Nephew), Ophthalmics (D.O.R.C.) and since 2017 with Hillrom leading the Commercial Business Operations in Europe. Business Operations entails three key areas; (Field) Service and Rental, Customer Care, Transformational Projects. Most significant project underway is the global implementation of the EU-MDR.
