David Norris (Past Speaker)

David manages Varian Logistics for Europe, Middle East, India and Africa. A recurring focus in his roles has been developing innovative solutions to improve customer service and improving operational execution to reduce cost without impacting customer service. He’s been focusing on establishing logistics operations in key emerging markets in Eastern Europe, India and Africa to provide improved the service levels customers and patients require, and has been integrating new business units with different requirements and finding synergies with Varian’s overall business. David enjoys finding new approaches to solve problems.
