Dan Bøgsted Andersen (Past Speaker)

Dan is currently based in Copenhagen where he is responsible for driving digital healthcare innovation and part of identifying the capabilities and changes needed for a company to deliver on data driven digital health.  His recent focus has been on behavior change to drive higher compliance to treatment though digital tools, products and services, and implement a digital acceleration model to introduce an agile approach using the philology of “build, measure, learn” – under the premise of healthcare regulations. As part of the new approach co-creation with healthcare professionals and patients have been key for success. Internally, moving into data driven healthcare, collaboration with internal departments from IT to Quality Assurance, has been key to ensure the digital foundation from cloud based CRM to business intelligence being geared for delivering in a DevOps mindset of ongoing releases.
