Barry English (Past Speaker)

Barry has been working in Supply Chain Leadership roles for over 20 years in various industries. In his past roles he has developed Global process improvements through Supply chain Frameworks & Scorecards which led to significant improvements in customer on time delivery and backorder reduction. This was achieved through engagement with all key stakeholders, driving change management and supported by implementing standard operating procedures. In Barry’s current role he has supported the implementation of a new demand driven planning model based on reorder point methodology. He has also worked with his development team on a strategic project roadmap. Barry and his supply chain planning team work very closely with the markets setting up daily operating meetings for quick touchpoints and quickly resolve potential supply issues.
