Rick has held a wide variety of positions during his 16 years with Johnson & Johnson. He has worked in all apsects of the Supply chain including Make, Source, Plan and most recently Deliver. He has managed start-up plants in Switzerland, opened a new distribution center in Belgium and has become a champion for Lean Thinking across J&J. Currently, he is in a global deployment role, impementing the Johnson & Johnson Operating System to bring transformational change across the J&J Supply Chain network.
